• Standard Delivery Cycles are to be used as a guideline only for estimating/coordinating deliveries. Please be aware that Deliveries Cycles are ever-changing.
• Estimated Delivery Cycles and Lead Times will be sent via e-mail/fax or phone within 48-72 hrs. (excluding weekends/holidays) of placing your Purchase Order. Please know that dates are estimates only and can change at any time.
• Delivery Cycles and Lead Times are for catalog items only. You must contact the Support Services for special units or custom orders which will require longer delivery cycles and lead times.
• Delivery Cycles are for standard order sizes of 25. Email Support Services for larger jobs. Add one week for painted orders.
• Delivery Cycle and Lead Times begin after receipt of order and credit approval.
• Delivery Cycles and Lead Times are in business days, excluding holidays and special company events.

[10/06/25] - TR/ERV Lead Times

All TR/ERV orders require a custom freight quote. These products are excluded from S&P USA's Free Freight Allowed (FFA) Program. See lead times below. Lead Times are specific for 1 unit only.

The commercial unit table assumes a single unit. Orders of custom units / multiple units / larger quantities may increase lead times from above.

In order to help offset increasing costs and stay aligned with industry trends, S&P USA Ventilation Systems LLC is announcing an increase in our Free Freight Allowed (FFA) threshold for purchases of residential products from the current $1750.00 net price to $2000.00 net price.

Beginning January 1, 2025, freight charges will be added to any residential product orders totaling less than $2000.00 net price.

Please be advised that the following sizes of our Losone Select Series can no longer be built in Optisizer: L100E, L150E, L200E, L250E, L300E, L100EL, L150EL, L200EL, L250EL, L300EL

These sizes can be ordered through "add stock". For instructions on how to use the "add stock" feature, please reference our FAQ Page.

If some of the products on your order have a longer lead time and you would for products with a shorter lead time to ship first, please follow the steps below to opt for partial shipments.

1. Click the 'projects' tab, found under 'project management'
2. Check the box next to the order you would like to split
3. Select 'Order' from the options at the top of the page
4. Find 'Allow partial shipments?' at the bottom of this page and select 'yes' from the drop-down
5. Click 'Place Order'

PLEASE NOTE: This gives S&P USA permission to ship some products earlier if other products on the same order have longer lead times. This may also result in multiple invoices sent for the same order.

Please be advised due to supplier challenges, our SCR-10/SCR-15 Vari-speed control is being replaced by another brand. The ratings and the function of the switches are the same. However, the new switch does not have a ground wire. It uses the body of the switch to ground the box it is placed. The new switch does require a screwdriver to adjust speed.
